Wedding and Event Photography Pricing

We offer single and two photographer packages, not a photographer and a helper but two professional photographers. Two photographers are highly recommended since it will allow us to capture every moment of your wedding from different angles and perspectives.

All photos are individually inspected and adjusted as necessary. We also provide some photos in sepia and black and white. Online photos will be available for you and your out of town guest to order. You also get a copy of all of the finished images on a DVD or CD at no additional charge.

One location weddings typically require six hours. Weddings where there are multiple locations (getting ready, ceremony, reception) or extended coverage weddings may require more hours.

Silver Wedding Package (4 hours of coverage)

  • 4.0 Hours of Coverage. $770 for two photographers ($510 for one photographer)
  • You'll get approximately 200 to 300 photographs for a single photographer and 300 to 500 photographs for two photographers.

Gold Wedding Package (6 hours of coverage)

  • 6.0 Hours of Coverage. $1080 for two photographers ($690 for one photographer)
  • You'll get approximately 300 to 400 photographs for a single photographer and 400 to 600 photographs for two photographers.

Platinum Wedding Package (8 hours of coverage)

  • 8.0 Hours of Coverage. $1250 for two photographers ($870 for one photographer)
  • You'll get approximately 400 to 500 photographs for a single photographer and 500 to 700 photographs for two photographers.

* Free travel for the Denver metro area. Outside Denver travel is charged at $35 per hour per photographer + $0.50/mile from Denver.

  • Event photography is charged at $150/hour +35 trip charge.
  • DVD sildeshow presentation of your wedding so you can share with for your friends, family and guests starting at $150.

Shoot and Print Photobooth Pricing

  • Small photo booth setup will need an area of approximately 8 feet by 12 feet, suitable for shooting up to four people at a time.
  • Normal photo booth setup will need an area of approximately 14 feet by 12 feet, suitable for group shots of up to seven to ten people at a time.
  • We provide full set-up, take down, all equipment including backdrops, lighting, printers and photographer[s] and help to man the photobooth.

    Free

    • Our free program is for formal events where the customer pays for the prints. Prints are $25 + tax for an 8x10 in a nice photo sleeve. Original photos can be purchased on a USB drive for $10 extra.
    • Events should have 100 or more guests.
    • For larger events, we can provide an additional photographer to shoot the event at no charge or at a reduced rate for smaller events.

    Profit Sharing

    • Our profit sharing plan is similar to the free program. Price for prints maybe at a slighly higher price but we will profit share each sales with you.
    • Events should have 100 or more guests.
    • Great for school formals such as the Prom.

    Fully Paid Event

    • You pay for the event.
    • Your guests get to take a great photo home with them.
    • Typically, you will only need one or two hours. We can shoot and print up to 40 photos per hour.

    Senior Pictures

  • Location of your choice within three miles of your school.
  • Preferred local location includes oarks with water, flowers, trees and buildings.

    Pricing

    • We have an affordable pricing system
    • Up to 1 hour photoshoot outdoor, local location. Your choice of two edited photo for $150. Additional edited photos are $25 each. You get full rights to the photos to use as you wish.
    • We do not charge extras for the rights. Other studios can charge up to $250 for the rights for each photo. They keep the rights and charge you or each photo printed.
    • We are happy to shoot at other locations such as downtown Denver, Red Rocks, but we do charge a little to cover drive time and gas. Downtown Denver locations add $40 (plus parking charges). Red Rocks area add $50. Call for other areas.

      Up to 1 Hour (local area) $150, two edited photos, rights to the two images. $25 for each additional photos. Prints extra.
